Step-by-step welcome process:
1. The moment your aircraft lands, the system updates; your driver enters preparation mode. 2. As you walk to the baggage carousel, your driver moves to the terminal arrivals exit. 3. The driver stands in visible position at the exit with a name board. 4. The driver recognises you, takes your luggage. 5. Escorts you to the vehicle, which is ready in the parking area near the terminal.
If you are delayed inside the terminal due to congestion or a long baggage wait, your driver waits. The first 45 minutes are free of charge.
If you cannot locate the driver:
