If your flight is delayed, your driver waits 45 minutes at no charge. This covers baggage collection and exit.

How does it work?
1. Select route, date and vehicle type via WhatsApp or the online form. 2. Receive instant confirmation — the price is fixed at this point and does not change. 3. Before the transfer, driver name, vehicle plate and photo are sent to your WhatsApp. 4. Your driver waits at the airport arrivals exit with a name board. 5. Pay in cash or by card in the vehicle after the transfer.
Corporate invoicing is available. No advance payment is required.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Cancellations 24+ hours before transfer: Full refund. Cancellations 6–24 hours before: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 6 hours before: No refund.
Route or time changes: Accommodated subject to availability, at no charge or minimal fee. Changes communicated via WhatsApp.
Weather events or force majeure: Handled with flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book? Can I book last minute?
Bookings are accepted up to 2–3 hours before the transfer. During peak season (June–September), earlier booking guarantees vehicle availability. For the shortest possible notice, WhatsApp availability can be checked in real time.
How do I request a child seat?
Specify 'baby seat' or 'child seat' and the child's age at booking. The appropriate seat is fitted free of charge. Infant seats (0–15 months), rear-facing child seats (15 months–4 years) and booster seats (4–12 years) are available.
Will I pay extra if my flight is delayed?
The first 45 minutes of delay is free. This window is designed to cover baggage collection and the exit process. For delays beyond 45 minutes, the coordination line is contacted and a solution is found.
Which payment methods are accepted?
EUR cash, TRY cash and credit/debit card are accepted. For other currencies, please check with the driver. Corporate clients have access to invoicing and bank transfer options.
How will I find the driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals exit with a board showing your name. Driver name, vehicle plate and photo are sent to your WhatsApp before the transfer. If you have difficulty locating the driver, call the coordination line.
For connecting flights, which arrival time is used?
The final flight's arrival time is used. If a connecting flight is delayed, the actual arrival time is tracked by the system. For connecting flights, including all flight numbers (e.g., TK123+TK456) at booking is recommended.
How do I cancel?
Submit your cancellation request to the WhatsApp coordination line. Depending on timing: 24+ hours before — full refund; 6–24 hours before — 50% refund; less than 6 hours before — no refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Is there a policy for intoxicated passengers?
Alcohol consumption is not permitted inside the vehicle. If a passenger appears intoxicated and poses a risk to other passengers or the driver, the transfer may be declined. No refund applies in such cases.
What is the difference between Antalya Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?
Terminal 1 serves domestic flights within Turkey. Terminal 2 serves international arrivals from Europe and beyond. Most guests from abroad will exit Terminal 2. Specifying your terminal at booking helps the driver position correctly.
How long is the transfer from Antalya Airport to Belek?
Approximately 38–45 minutes under normal traffic via the D400 highway. During peak summer weekends, this may extend to 50–60 minutes. The driver monitors traffic and selects the fastest available route.
Which Belek hotels does VIP Taksi serve?

Can I bring golf bags on the transfer?
Yes. Golf bags are accommodated without extra charge when the appropriate vehicle is assigned. Specify the number of bags at booking. Sprinter vehicles are recommended for large golf groups with full sets of equipment.
How far in advance should I book for a 6 a.m. golf tee time in Belek?
For early morning tee times, book the transfer at least 24–48 hours before departure. Advise the tee time and the golf club name; we calculate the optimal pickup time to ensure you arrive 15–20 minutes before your start.
What is the difference between Mercedes Vito and V-Class VIP?
The V-Class VIP offers a wider interior, face-to-face seating configuration, higher ceiling clearance and deeper, more comfortable seats. It is the most requested vehicle among guests of Lara and Belek's luxury hotels. Pricing is approximately 50% above the Vito rate.
How long is the transfer from Antalya Airport to Kemer?
Approximately 50–55 minutes via the D400/D010 southern coastal road, covering around 50 km. The starting price per vehicle is €55. Different sub-areas of Kemer (Çamyuva, Tekirova, Kiriş) have slightly different distances; specify your exact destination at booking.
Does VIP Taksi serve hotel-to-hotel transfers within Antalya region?
Yes. Inter-hotel and inter-resort transfers across the region are available. Belek to Lara, Kemer to Side, Alanya to Antalya city — all can be arranged with advance booking. Prices are route-based and fixed per vehicle.
Can I book a round trip (airport + return) at the same time?
Yes. Round-trip bookings are accepted at the same time. Each leg is independently confirmed with separate driver details. The return pickup time is agreed at booking or can be adjusted later via WhatsApp.
